We offer an exceptional free 90-days warranty on all pieces that entitles you to a one-time replacement or repair utterly free of charge if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturer defects.

All TAVROCK jewelry is authentic, genuine, and of consistently high quality and value.

Every piece you buy from us must be free of defects, or you may return it immediately for credit or replacement.

All TAVROCK jewelry is covered by a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defective parts experienced under normal wear and all the labor required to repair them.

This warranty is valid only at tavrock.com. Improper service or repair performed by someone other than TAVROCK will void this warranty. 

This warranty is voided on user damage issues. The warranty does not cover lost/stolen items.

TAVROCK disclaims any liability for accidental or consequential damages for breach of implied or written warranty of this item, including fitness or merchantability for a particular purpose.

This limited warranty is only valid in the USA and allows you specific legal rights, which vary from each state. A few states do not exclude or limit incidental or consequential damages; in that case, the above rule does not apply to you. 

Jewelry Not Covered Under Warranty

Our 3-month warranty only covers manufacturer defects and does not cover the following:

Damage due to personal misuse or negligence. Normal wear and tear. Scratches and dents. Fading and chipping. Missing stones. Water damage. Lost or stolen parts. Accidental damage, or otherwise, to the item while in possession of the consumer not caused by a defect in material or artistry.
