Shipping Information

Our shipping days are Monday - Friday. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving them via UPS and USPS.

U.S orders take 1-5 business days to arrive via Standard Shipping and ship within one business day (Insurance Included). One-day delivery Priority Mail Express and Signature Confirmation options are available for swift and secure package delivery. 

International Shipping is unavailable at the present time.

Shipping time might vary depending on shipment method, location, and other factors.

Returns & Exchanges

You are our number one priority. If you wish to return your piece(s) for any reason, we will refund, replace, exchange, or provide store credit for any item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.

Every return must be accompanied by its original packaging, unaltered, and in a resellable condition.

Once any of our Custom pieces go into production, there can be no cancellations. Custom pieces are any products, styles, sizes that are not otherwise offered on our website. All sales are final on custom/discounted items.

Customers in the United States Of America are responsible for any return costs.

How long do I have to request a refund?

Thirty (30) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. After that, TAVROCK will not process a refund request.

How do I request a refund or a return?

Contact us at hello@tavrock.com or live chat with our customer service for assistance. Please have the credit card or gift card you used and the order number and ready for a faster process.

How is my refund credited?

Refunds are credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product within 14 business days of our receipt of your return. When returning a gift, you will receive your refund on a TAVROCK gift card. Allow 2-5 business days for processing after a return is received.
